My boys have been away for a week, okay 10 days and the girls and I have had a ball. We missed them terribly. So what do four girls do without the boys around. We sing and sing and sing and pop popcorn and watch:
Thanks for stopping by my blog. When I clicked on your profile and saw that you were a hostage negotiator I chuckled and knew I wanted to read more. Then, when I got here I was charmed with your family photo. I'm also married to my high school sweetheart but feel he comes second to God in my life. He'd say the same about me. I really knew we were likely kindred spirits when I read that you love to do Bible Studies and rarely finish them! I'm not a military wife but I honor military wives and thank them for their service!
OPSEC- Just a reminder that anytime I speak of my hero I am changing the time and date of the events. If I say he is flying right now it was probably a week ago. I will never give out exact times and dates. Please understand this is for his safety and his units safety and not to mislead my readers. Please help me follow OPSEC by not asking for exact dates or information.
About Me
I am first a child of God, Second a helpmeet to my husband, third a mother to four blessings who I home school. I love to scrapbook and make cards. I enjoy tearing rooms apart only to re organize them and put them back together in a neater way. I love doing bible studies but it seems like I never finish them. I love being married to a Army man and most days I love the Army. I love moving and look forward to our next move. My husband and I were high school sweethearts. We are both from Wva.
My hero
Rob and I have been married 15 years. He is my hero. Rob is a Warrant Officer in the army. I so look up to this man. He is brilliant. I could not ask for a better husband or father. He is the spiritual leader of our family. I am so blessed to have this man in my life and thank God for him daily.
Michael age 16
Michael is 16, I can not believe he is 16. He loves playing video games and anything to do with science. He is also enjoying boyscouts.
Faith
Hope
Hope is my 10 year old baby girl who loves to take care of animals and organizing our house. She loves to clean on her terms. Not when asked just enjoys cleaning. She loves American Heritage Girls. Hope's dream in life is for daddy to retire so she can buy a horse.
Grace
Grace is 7 years old and is my special blessing. Grace was born at 2.12 pounds and was in a hurry to get here. She has been non stop since then. She loves being the baby and makes sure everyone knows it
Jason
Jason is 5 and a joy to be around. His favorite things to do are to help me clean up and to eat. If you ask him what he wants to do he says I want to go grocery shopping.
James
James is 2 and a joy to be around. He loves to snuggle and has just started walking
Blessing # 7 coming September 2013
Faith is my beautiful 12 year old helper. She loves to help mom. She loves playing piano. Faith loves to play dress up and enjoys American Heritage Girls . She is learning to cook and loves taking care of babies. If there is a baby at church it is going to be found on her hip.
A C U is the newest addition to our family. She was a stray and found her way (through a friend) to our home. She is so adorable and the kids were instantly in love with her
Looks like girl time is a lot of fun. Good for you guys. The boys will be home soon enough to enjoy being "just girls."
